2. What data do we collect?
We collect personal data when the user voluntarily provides it through:
- The website's contact form (name, email, phone, message).
- Subscribing to the newsletter (email).
- Lead forms on Instagram/Facebook (Meta), managed by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., when the user interacts with our ads (name, email, phone).
- Browsing data collected through cookies and Google Analytics (pages visited, traffic source, device), only if the user gives their consent in the cookie banner.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of data (health, ideology, etc.) or data from minors.
3. Purpose of the treatment
The data is used for:
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information about our coworking services.
- Manage bookings and visits to the space.
- Send commercial communications by email (newsletter), only if the user has voluntarily subscribed.
- To analyze website usage for statistical and improvement purposes (Google Analytics), only with consent.
- Measure the performance of our advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
4. Legitimation
The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the interested party , given by filling in a form, subscribing to the newsletter, or accepting the use of non-essential cookies.
5. Recipients and transfers
Some data may be processed by external providers acting as data processors, including:
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics, Google Ads) — subject to EU standard contractual clauses.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads, lead forms).
- Hostinger (web hosting).
- Email marketing provider used for the newsletter.
We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to WanderHub.
6. Storage period
The data will be kept for as long as there is a relationship with the user (active inquiry, subscription) and, subsequently, for the legally required periods. The user may request the deletion of their data at any time.
7. User Rights
The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, limitation of processing and portability at any time by writing to ciutadella@wanderhub.es , indicating the right they wish to exercise and attaching a copy of a document that proves their identity.
